Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium. Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Services. Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited emails. Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ACS, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suncrest Software, Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
